Welcome everyone! My name is Efren Espinoza, I wanted to share with you all a little bit about me and my involvement in the Real Estate World. I am a Realtor & Property Manager born in Mexico and raised in a multicultural home between both Mexico and the United States.  I practically grew up in the Real Estate Industry thanks to my Father who taught me the basics of what was needed to be successful in this industry. Since I a was a little boy, He allowed me to participate and at one point manage his multiple properties both Commercial and Residential in both countries which helped me fall in love with every step of the process. I have been involved in Real Estate as a Professional since 2008 and have had the honor of helping clients sell, purchase & manage homes ranging from a cozy one bedroom condo to top luxury Estates.

I treat every transaction as if it were my own, given that for most people, a home purchase, is the single biggest transaction you will have in your life, I take it very seriously, and once we are in escrow, YOU are my top priority!

As a professional Realtor, I pride myself in truly offering superior professional service before, during and after the transaction.  Knowledge, commitment, honesty, expertise and professionalism are the foundation of my work ethics.

I am the Past President of Sonoma & Marin’s National Association of Residential Property Managers (2018 & 2019) and have been an active member of NARPM since 2013. I am also the Communications Director for CALNARPM (California’s State Chapter of NARPM) and have been since 2017.

I am also currently working on my Broker’s license and I am always looking to better myself professionally, spiritually and overall as a person.

Some of my many hobbies and interests include promotion and marketing, competitive volleyball  & exercising.
